Really friendly pub with a reasonable selection of beers. Used to be an " old man's pub" but now has a complete cross section and whilst it would be difficult to call it trendy, it is certainly getting there at least on a Friday night. Jo the chargehand runs a tight ship and you will go far to find a harder working. team. Got Neck Oil now.

Does what it says on the tin, nothing fancy, but a decent selection on draft, loads of screens and seats. Doesn't get overly busy or loud, a good option to watch the football if you just want a chilled atmosphere.

Very nice bar, looks a bit rough from the outside but inside is very clean, warm and modernish, plays mostly 60s 70s music, would return

Used to be a local more old man's type of pub but clientele is changing with gentrification of the area. Now comfortable for all ages and the owners are doing their best to increase the range of beers to suit. Must be the best managed pub in the area thanks to Jo who is a gem.
